Tyler is growing!

Yesterday was Greg's 29th Birthday, so here is our family self-portrait, scary eh? Tyler is going to have Greg's eyes I think instead of mine.

Tyler was a pea pod for Halloween. He was getting tired at this point and the hood was over his eyes. His cheeks got really red and he broke out in a rash on Monday. So we went to the doctor yesterday and he has eczema real bad. It is totally a Meier trait. We have a new skin care routine to hopefully fix it or at least improve it.

Tired of watching Mizzou suck, so he took a nap on Saturday

Daddy came home! Greg was gone most of last week so Tyler wore his I love my dad shirt to welcome him home (Thanks Carr's for the outfit!)

This is from Homecoming walkaround. Tyler was decked out in his orange and black. He enjoys being in the carrier most of the time. He likes to see what is going on.

We go to the doctor on the 15th for our 4 month check up and shots.

It's Homecoming!

There are two huge football games this weekend for us - OSU v Nebraska and MIZZOU v ou. Both are homecoming celebrations! We did a quick drive by this morning to check out the house decos before it rains and ruins them tonight. They are unbelievable. OSU has house decs, Mizzou has floats. Woot!

Tyler is 3 months old!

To celebrate his 3 month old birthday, Tyler decided to get up at 4:00 am this morning and party like a rock star. We were both ready to go at 6:00 this morning. So I did his 3 month photo shoot. I'm going to try to take more pictures tonight and hopefully get some smiles and no red eyes. He weighed 13 lbs even with me on the scale this morning, so I'm going to average that with his weight tonight. The length is a guesstimate too.

We tried on his Halloween costume and its really cute. Can't wait to take pictures of it.

So I experienced a first today, an earthquake. Our building is under renovation, so I thought something happened with that to cause the shaking. (Bricks have fallen from the ceiling as well as water, so it was a good possibility). However is was an earthquake, they are still trying to decide the magnitude of it. It's really weird being on the third floor of a building and everything is shaking.

Does anyone use messenger during the day? If so, shoot me an email and I'll add you on mine. We use it at work to "communicate".

Just relaxing in the hotel, watching TV and reviewing the sale catalog.

Today is my mom's birthday! happy birthday!

So I'm going to try to get some pictures uploaded. It's a pain because I have to put them on my laptop at home, burn them to a disc and then bring it to work, because I no longer have a burner on my work computer.

Update

Tyler had his 2 month shots on Monday. He weighed in at 11 lbs, 10 oz and was 23 inches long which is the 50th percentile for both. So he is right in the middle which is great with us.

He started daycare yesterday and did really well. I went back to work full-time also yesterday. We are still trying to figure out a morning schedule though.

Tyler Update

I tried to upload some pics but for some reason it won't let me. :(

Tyler is growing like a weed. I think he weighs around 10 lbs right now. Tomorrow he will be 6 weeks old. Breastfeeding is going good. We've had lots of visitors and made many trips to town. Our house is a diaster as I don't clean it like I use to. Time seems to fly by and I don't get much done. Tyler's little fingernails are like sharp swords. He enjoys his bath as long as he is in a good mood when you start. He loves the outdoors and most of the time riding in his stroller. He starting to smile back at us. He sleeps for 3-4 hours at night before needing to eat.
