This right before he started pulling my hair. Tyler LOVES my hair. He can get it all out of a ponytail in 2 seconds flat.

As he was pulling up, the cooler tipped over and he bonked his head.

How Tyler sleeps. It doesn't matter how many times we rearrange him, a leg, arm, or two is always hanging out.

Tyler is 8 months!

I can't believe Tyler is 8 months old already. How time has flown! He is crawling and pulling up on everything now. He is trying take steps after he pulls himself up. He has also started making what we call the devil/vampire face when he gets excited. I don't know if he figured out how to use those muscles or he learned it at daycare. Tyler gets 3 solid food meals a day now and I think he would eat more if I let him. We are still working on the sippy cup and picking food up and getting it into our mouth.

It's spring break around here so its quiet.

Just another Monday . . .

I think the parents who say their kids sleep through the night at 2 months are big LIARS! I think they tell other people that to feel good about themselves and their parenting. Just saying.

We are off to meet with a lawyer to draw up a will and legal guardianship of Tyler. Oh the joys of being an adult with a dependent child.

Still looking for employment in Southeast Missouri, let me know if you know of anything.

I have a great video of Tyler to upload, however it is still on the Flip, at home. Oops, maybe tomorrow.

Tyler has the nosey gene. He doesn't nap at daycare for fear of missing something. If you walk out of the room or do something, he's bound and determined to check it out. I'm not blaming anyone here for this, but does this sound familiar?

It's March? What?!?!

These are all pictures from February. Blogger wasn't letting me load pics for some reason.

Tyler on Sunday, we will be crawling officially soon. We can scoot backwards and roll to get to where we want to be.

Tyler moved himself to his book collection on Sunday night and preceded to pull each book out, chew on it, then set it aside and repeat with a new book. On a side note, he will NOT be wearing these jammies again. Everytime I've put him in them, he blows out and we have to have a wipe down and change jammies.

When we had a 104 fever for 3.5 days. I think it was due to the two teeth that came in.

He is pulling up on us and if you hold his fingers he will stand up.

He really wanted the book, so he was digging through his clean clothes for it. He watched me hide it in there.

February was interesting, we had RSV and both Grandmas came and stayed (at different times). Tyler slept through the night twice, got two teeth, and had 4 snow days with Mommy. He can get to wherever he likes now by rolling and scooting. Its funny to watch. No more sitting him on the blanket and him staying put. He is eating solids really well. I've been making most of my own baby food with a few exceptions. I'm going to make another batch of stuff this weekend. He can hold his own bottle and we are working on drinking from a sippy cup. He has gotten baby puffs from his high chair tray to his mouth using his fingers a few times. We are still working on the pincher grasp though.
